Summary[]
Hyperstorm is an extremely powerful mutant from another universe in which Sentinels interred most of the world's superheroes and mutants. His true identity is Jonathan Reed Richards, the son of Franklin Richards and Rachel Summers, and he has inherited their extreme power as well as his grandfather's genius. He used this immense power and intellect to conquer his universe, and then turned his attention to the rest of space and time.

Intelligence: Supergenius. Hyperstorm seemingly has an intellect rivaling those of his grandfather and Doctor Doom, and is a scientist capable of creating time machines and devices that can scramble thoughts and make it impossible for others to string together any conscious thoughts. He has outsmarted both Reed and Doom on occasion, predicting Doom's actions, guiding him, and allowing him to execute his plan.
